Each format uses the same conversation as a base and changes how it is told. Large communities often mix them: Flash day to day and Executive at the end of the week.
Standard full
Balanced structure with period highlights, discussed topics, memorable quotes, and participation numbers. The starting point for most groups.
Flash, 30-second read
Just direct bullet points in short sentences. Made for those who open their phone at the end of the day and want the essentials without scrolling.
Narrative, story and humor
Tells the day like a story, with characters and funny moments. Increases readership in relationship and fan communities.
Executive, decisions and deadlines
Focuses only on what became a decision: next steps, assignees, and dates. Recommended for teams, boards, and working groups.
Sentiment, group vibe
Reports the temperature of the conversation: where there was consensus, where there was friction, and how engagement varied over time.
Voted topics
Ranks topics by reply volume. Shows what actually engaged the community, not just what was mentioned.

The summary is built in stages. This maintains quality in high-volume groups and allows original messages to be deleted early.
