Service

By creating an account or using Wasumo, you expressly agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not access the platform.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• The account is personal and non-transferable. You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access credentials, including email address, password, and verification codes.
• You must register a valid and active WhatsApp number to receive requested communications and summaries.

You agree not to use Wasumo to:

• Monitor or extract chat data from groups without explicit consent from the WhatsApp group administrators or members.
• Bypass service fees, request limits, or attempt to reverse-engineer the platform's programming interfaces.
• Host, analyze, or promote illegal content, harassment, unsolicited bulk messages, or fraudulent materials.

Wasumo features automated moderation tools, including an inappropriate terms list and spam protection. We reserve the right to immediately suspend or block any user or group that repeatedly violates acceptable use rules or causes infrastructure abuse.

Wasumo uses artificial intelligence algorithms to generate text summaries, answer questions contextually, and narrate audio. Because this processing is fully automated:

• We do not guarantee the absolute accuracy or truthfulness of summarized or answered information.
• Artificial intelligence may produce inaccuracies, incorrect interpretations, or fabricated information relative to the original conversations.
• The service must be used strictly as a productivity assistant, with users responsible for verifying facts and critical information.

• Billing and service subscriptions are seamlessly processed via Stripe or Mercado Pago, including Pix.
• Monthly or annual subscriptions grant usage limits designed to cover normal, recurring group traffic.
• In groups with excessive message volume or numerous AI-answered questions, plan resources may be exhausted early, requiring the purchase of additional credits to restore service until the end of the billing cycle.
• Credits purchased separately follow the validity policy of the active plan.
• Recurring plan cancellations can be performed through the dashboard at any time, stopping charges for the following cycle.

Wasumo features a participation system based on experience points and ranks to encourage constructive group interactions.

• Point distribution is evaluated qualitatively and automatically by the platform's artificial intelligence.
• To maintain a healthy environment, the system caps earnings at a maximum of fifty points per day per member, preventing accumulation through repetitive messaging.
• The points and ranking system is strictly recreational and does not entitle the user to any financial compensation or contractual obligations on the part of Wasumo.

The platform provides programmatic access to export data, including consolidated summaries, audio scripts, and contextual answers. The customer is solely responsible for securing their access key and integrations with external services. Wasumo is not liable for data loss or leaks resulting from misconfigured integrations or misuse of the user's key.

We may modify these terms or discontinue product features periodically. Significant changes will be communicated directly through the app dashboard or registration email. Continued use of the platform following changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Any disputes regarding these terms shall be governed by and resolved under prevailing Brazilian laws, with the courts of the jurisdiction of Wasumo platform's headquarters chosen to resolve any controversy.
