Wasumo was designed to retain as little data as possible. Original messages are deleted as soon as they are summarized.
What stays

Original messages
Deleted from the database as soon as a chunk is summarized. Messages deleted on WhatsApp are also removed on our end.
Summaries
Remain available for the group, question searches, and public pages as long as the group remains active.
Moderation history
Penalties and pardons remain searchable for 15 days, logged with actor, target, reason, and timestamp.
Account data
Handled according to our privacy policy, with deletion upon request by the account holder.
How we prevent
misuse
Malicious prompt protection
Group content is treated as passive text. No command typed by a participant is executed by the system.
Server-side permission checks
Admin commands are validated on the server on every invocation, never relying on client devices.
Command rate limiting
Repeating the same command within seconds is blocked, stemming abuse and credit drain.
Support access
Support staff can only enter your account if explicitly granted, and access automatically expires after one hour.
